🏘 Condo & HOA Mediation
When Community Living Becomes Conflict
Condo communities are built on shared space — and shared responsibility. When communication breaks down between boards, property managers, and residents, mediation offers a practical, confidential way to get things back on track without lawyers, hearings, or hostility.
Common Issues
Mediation can address nearly any dispute within a condominium or homeowners’ association, including:
Governance conflicts — board disagreements, elections, or procedural breakdowns
Bylaw enforcement — pet policies, parking, noise, or maintenance disputes
Financial issues — special assessments, arrears, or budget communication
Resident concerns — fairness, transparency, and board–owner relations
Manager relations — communication gaps between boards and property managers
Why Mediation Works for Condo Boards
Condo disputes aren’t just legal — they’re relational. You still have to live next to each other when it’s over. Mediation helps boards and residents:
Save money and avoid prolonged legal battles
Repair communication and trust within the community
Develop practical, enforceable agreements
Preserve the long-term health of the corporation
“Mediation helps boards move from managing conflict to modeling community.”
