Divorce Coaching for Niagara
Strategy and Clarity for Life’s Transitions
Individual support for organizing your thoughts, preparing questions for your lawyer or other professionals, and planning difficult conversations during separation.
“I do” doesn’t have to define you. Neither does “I’m done.”
Coaching does not provide legal advice, legal documents, representation, or therapy. Seek independent legal advice about your rights, forms, deadlines, and agreements. Outcomes and savings are not guaranteed.
| Focus | Possible takeaway |
|---|---|
| Meeting preparation | A personal question list and priorities to take to your lawyer, mediator, or other professional. |
| Personal organization | A way to organize your own notes, appointments, and follow-up tasks. |
| Communication planning | Opening language, listening questions, and personal boundaries for a conversation. |
| Decision reflection | A list of options and questions requiring professional advice, followed by a personal next-step plan. |
Is this for you?
