What we can work on
Clarify a decision, prepare for a difficult conversation, map responsibilities, or examine a leadership habit. The work draws on mediation principles, systems thinking, and kenotic leadership: a practice of authority shaped by humility, attention, and presence.
Choose a starting point
Individual coaching — $175/hour
Useful for a specific decision or leadership challenge. Bring a brief description and the questions you want to explore; use the session to identify options and a practical next step.
Three-session framework — $475
A sequence of assessment, strategy, and reflection. Define the issue, explore a response, and review what you learned. Sessions are typically 60 minutes. Confirm the full scope before booking.
Team or board coaching — $200/hour
Explore shared leadership questions, roles, or communication needs. Participants, preparation, duration, and any written output are agreed in advance.
Ongoing support
Discuss an agreed schedule and scope for continuing work. Retainer arrangements are quoted individually.
Set a goal and review it
Begin by identifying one decision, one behaviour you want to practise, and one organizational result you hope to support. Use these as discussion prompts, then revisit them as the work progresses; for the three-session framework, include a review in the third session. Results depend on the circumstances and are not guaranteed.

The initial consultation is free and lasts 60 minutes. HST is included in paid rates. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at booking, with at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule.
